TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Acceptance of Terms:
1.1. By Accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part kindly refrain from using our services.
2.Products and Services:
2.1. We offer Kids ready to wear (for girls), with sizes for 3,6- and 9-year-olds, as well as a section for 11-14 years olds (girls) outfits, along with accessories such as scrunchies, hairbands, collars, hairpins. Product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our ability, but slight variations in color or design may occur with certain images/pieces*
2.1.1 Products and services are subject to change.
3. Orders and Payments:
3.1. All prices are listed in Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of VAT (@ 5%)
3.2. We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards; online, and, via cash; in-store*
3.2.1. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
3.3. Existing orders cannot be amended to add or remove products, however you can raise a new order for the additional product, though the delivery times may vary for the orders
4. Shipping and Delivery:
4.1. International Shipping is available in the following regions; GCC, EU, USA only
4.2. Shipping is free for orders within UAE on orders above AED 150
4.3. Shipping on international orders are free on orders above AED 600*
4.3.1. Shipment charges may vary based on tax, tariffs on different locations
4.4. Only one address can be processed for shipping per order
4.5. After the order has been dispatched for shipment, we are not responsible for faults due to miscommunication between the customer and delivery agent(s), the customer is solely responsible for communicating any necessary details i.e. scheduling of shipment, change in address, etc. prior to delivery*
4.5.1. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all necessary details have been communicated well to the third-party delivery agent(s)
4.6. Delivery address cannot be changed once shipment has been dispatched
4.7. COD (cash on delivery) is not accepted as payment as we do not accept payment in cash for online orders
4.8. There are no purchase limits for the customer, though it must be ensured there are no physical or technical barriers at the delivery address which may impact delivery of the product(s) that have been purchased
4.9. Orders cannot be cancelled, unless under specific conditions (Refer ‘Returns and Refunds’ section for details) in case you need to return or cancel your order during or after delivery, you will need to accept the delivery and separately contact us for proceeding with cancellation.
4.10. Deliveries cannot be rescheduled, if you do not accept your delivery as scheduled, the order will be returned to us and you may either collect it at our physical store or have it re-delivered for an additional charge, it is your responsibility to maintain proper contact with the delivery agents to ensure your product reaches you on time
4.11. In case of an emergency, you may nominate another recipient however it must be communicated with the delivery agent and we would like to have a copy of their ID at the time of delivery
4.12. Shipping charges that are payable by you are subject to the products ordered and their value.Please find the delivery timeline and shipping charges:

4.12.1. Additional charges may apply based on regional tax/tariff policies
4.13. We are not responsible for delays that may occur during public/bank holidays, weather conditions,etc.
4.14. Tracking information will not be guaranteed on regular basis but on inquiry basis via email, whatsapp, etc.

5. Returns, refunds and Exchange:
5.1. We do not allow refunds or returns unless it falls under the reason of manufacturing defects*
5.1.1. In case of manufacturing defects the product must be sent back, reviewed then inspected by us to verify the manufacturing defect
5.1.2. Once verified the necessary measures will be taken and the needful will be done accordingly depending on the products
5.2. Returning, refunding items must be unused, unwashed with original tags/packaging
5.3. It may take up to 3-5 days to process returns/refunds
5.4. In order to request a return a token must be opened for it via Whatsapp, E-mail
5.5. We will refund your purchase within 7-14 days from the date of return if it falls under our refund policies (see 5.1) , This ‘good faith’ refund policy is offered in addition to rights you may have under the law (see consumer rights)
5.6. The following are the cases where products cannot be refunded:

Products received over 7 days ago

Products that are not in their original condition

Products that have been opened, unsealed or with tags removed

Products without original packaging or label

Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the original condition as you received them

Personalized Products which you requested to be designed custom made especially for you

Products purchased by you which were on sale that are not defective in any way or are tagged sold ‘as is ‘

Damaged Products due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear
5.7. All products are inspected prior to delivery in order to compare when we receive them back to determine whether they are in original condition
5.8. If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a gift card or promotional code are returned then the gift card or promotional code will no longer be applicable on the order
5.9. Unfortunately , products cannot be returned in case you change your mind after the order has been placed. However, this doesn’t affect your rights to return faulty items (previously mentioned above in 5.1.)
5.10. Where a product has a security sticker/tag warning that the product cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, refund will not be given if the seal is removed except in accordance with your legal rights
5.11. If a refund is to be arranged in an eligible case, you may contact us and our delivery service agent may take 3-5 days to collect the product from you and deliver it back to us
5.12. If there are any issues with the quality of the products the needful will be done from our side to ensure that it is taken care of
6. Intellectual Property:
6.1. All Photos, Logos, Videos and other content are owned by Treseinove
6.2. DO NOT copy, reuse, or sell anything from our site, social media platforms without permission
7. User Accounts:
7.1. Always ensure that your login info is kept safe
7.2. You’re responsible for all activity under your account
7.3. It is your responsibility to inform us immediately if there’s any unauthorized access

8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1. We’re not responsible for:
8.1.1. Losses due to site downtime.
8.1.2. Damage caused by third-party couriers
8.1.3. Misuse of our products
